¨The anti-Duterte movement can sustain the growing rage against Duterte and his regime. The student youth of today can and should launch huge mass marches and rallies in the national capital region and in the provinces, like during the First Quarter Storm of 1970.

Of course, when I first read the report on Duterte´s interview with Mindanews I had some misgivings that he did not mean what he said because of his notoriety for saying one thing and then saying the opposite within a short period and also because of his arrogance and anger in setting some absurd preconditions, like the CPP and NPA humbling themselves and capitulating to his tyrannical rule

Prior events in the chain include the escalation of all-out war under Oplan Kapayapaan, frenzied extrajudicial killings in both urban and rural areas, extension of the duration of martial law in Mindanao until the end of 2018, the threat of martial law nationwide, the termination of peace negotiations with the NDFP and the labelling of the CPP and NPA and suspected supporters as “terrorists.”

I welcome the positive statement of President Duterte that he would like to converse with me one on one. Such statement is more important that his still angry words in his recent interview with Minda News.

Duterte and his cohorts are engaged in political swindling when they stay that federalism is the cure to all the big problems of the Philippines. Whatever is the form of government, the rottenness of the semicolonial and semifeudal ruling system under US imperialism and the local exploiting classes will persist.

As evidenced by this film clip attached hereto, presidential spokesman Roque, PTV and the Duterte troll group Ambag Bayan are engaged in spreading the fake news that I have become a Dutch citizen. This is similar to the previous fake news that I have been recently arrested by Dutch authorities as a consequence of Duterte´s Proclamation 374 against ¨ẗerrorism¨.

The notoriety of Duterte as the No. 1 terrorist and butcher of the Filipino people is already well-established and secure on the basis of the mass murder of more than 14,000 suspected users and pushers of illegal drugs in impoverished communities, the destruction of Marawi and death of many of its citizens and the growing number of assassinations of legal leaders and activists of organizations of workers, peasants, fishermen, youth, women, indigenous people, church people and advocates of human rights and peace.

The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) has called Trump’s announcement a declaration of war against the Palestinian people. It called on “the Palestinian masses and their organizations to unite their efforts and respond collectively, practically and forcefully to this decision through action and escalation of the momentum of the popular movement.” The Palestinian people clamor for a new intifada.

Despite my expose of the fake news in an interview published by the Philippine Daily Inquirer on December 2, the Duterte troll army persisted in circulating the false story. The fake news generators include: Duterte News Global, President Duterte Loyal Supporters, Duterte Saviors of Filipinos Today, Duterte Para sa Pagbabago, Duterte Media, Ako Ang Media Ni Duterte, Duterte News, PRRD Worldwide, The President Duterte Guardians.

The vile purpose of the Duterte regime is to proscribe the CPP and NPA as terrorist organizations and wage a campaign to slander them, arbitrarily list down suspected officers and members for general intimidation, abduction, torture and mass murder as in Oplan Tokhang and further list individuals who are suspected of financing and aiding the CPP and NPA , who are themselves deemed as terrorists and who are thus made vulnerable to the violations of human rights and extortions by the terrorist regime.
