Sison, the chief political consultant of the National Democratic Front, claimed in a statement Tuesday that the entire operational and command structure of the New People’s Army (NPA) was rejecting Duterte’s offer for localized negotiations.

Exiled Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) founder Jose Maria “Joma” Sison blamed the military for the repeated collapse of the peace talks between the government and the communist rebels.

“Nangloloko si Duterte sa bagong statement niya. Luma ang laman. Binibingwit (niya) ang mga NPA (New People’s Army) pati ako na pumasok sa bitag niya para kontrolin at katayin niya sa anumang oras na gusto niya,”

The tyrant Duterte is most despicable for throwing away the draft agreements made by his own negotiating panel with the NDFP negotiating panel.

In a full month before the May 13, 2019 elections, we can expect an avalanche of propaganda from the Duterte regime to conjure the illusion of Duterte’s perpetual popularity, foretell the “victory” of its senatorial and local executive candidates and cover his secret orders to the Commission on Elections and the military to rig the elections.

If Duterte and his armed minions were to be believed, the New People’s Army no longer exists because it has been supposedly decimated several times over by fake surrenders and fake encounters.
