Comment of Prof. Jose Maria Sison: Several times, Duterte is a traitor to the Filipino people. He surrenders to China Filipino sovereign rights and maritime rights in the West Philippine Sea. At the same time, he allows US facilities and forces to stay on Philippine soil to help him kill the Filipino revolutionaries.

People know that even when the reward money for the head of a revolutionary is 1 million pesos, the killer-informer is lucky if he gets five pesos because the corrupt military officers get a share of the reward money from the level of generals downwards. The killer-informer cannot complain because for him to do so he would be to broadcast his act of betrayal and invite punishment from the revolutionary movement or his own murder by the military agents of Duterte

I have been informed that the first and second batches of the so-called NPA surrenderees or rebel returnees, presented to Duterte by his military and barangay officials, are all fake. These impostors are close relatives of barangay officials and soldiers in civilian clothes. They are into the charade for the junket in Manila.
